FAQ
Good questions.
Is this the same as CourtReserve?
CourtReserve handles court bookings and programs. Rewards uses a separate email verification code, not your CourtReserve password. Staff verifies your Reno CourtReserve member record before enrollment; Rewards does not have a live CourtReserve account connection.
How do I get the app?
When Rewards opens, the app link will appear here. Visit the front desk to have your Reno CourtReserve record verified, then sign in using your own email and accept the Rewards terms. You can use a browser or follow the installation steps above.
Do I need a paid membership?
No. When Rewards opens, adults 18 or older with a staff-verified Reno CourtReserve member record can join without a paid club membership. Use one account and your own email address; shared addresses need staff review.
How will I earn points?
When Rewards opens, earn 10 points per $1 actually paid for eligible Reno court, guest, open-play and club-run program fees, rounded down to a whole point per receipt. Only verified Guest Fee receipt items are processed automatically at launch; other eligible fees require owner review. Taxes, tips, service fees, membership dues, packages, gift cards, merchandise and discounted amounts do not earn points. Earning starts after both program activation and your account's recorded earning start; earlier purchases are not backdated.
What can I redeem?
When Rewards opens, redeem 2,500 points for a $5 discount or 5,000 points for a $10 discount on one eligible Reno court, guest, open-play or club-run program checkout. Show the confirmed unused code before payment. Staff applies and records the discount; it is not automatic CourtReserve credit. The eligible pre-tax charge must cover the discount. Use one code per checkout, with no other promotional discount and no cash change.
Will points or unused codes expire?
Points and unused codes have no scheduled expiration under the approved launch policy. Program terms, including corrections and future changes, apply. Contact the front desk about an incorrect balance or unused redemption.
